Somewhere between all the giving, the managing, the holding together—you lost the feeling of your own life. Not the facts of it. The feeling.
In Brazil, there is a saying — o corpo não mente. The body does not lie. Camila Vidal has built her entire practice around that truth. She works with women in midlife who have stopped listening to theirs — and helps them find their way back, slowly and without apology.
This is not about fixing yourself. You were never broken.
I grew up watching the women in my family carry everything — beauty, strength, exhaustion — without ever being asked how they were. I became one of those women too, for longer than I'd like to admit.
What brought me back was simple and slow. Breath. Rest. Learning to feel my own body as something worth listening to rather than pushing through. I built a practice around that return — and now I walk alongside other women as they find their way back.
My work draws on somatic coaching, nervous system science, and the Brazilian tradition I grew up in: that the body knows, that rest is not laziness, and that pleasure — real, simple, unhurried pleasure — is a form of intelligence.
12 weeks, one on one.
The Return is Camila's flagship program—a structured, intimate 12-week journey back to your body, your rhythms, and your own sense of what you need. For the woman ready to do this properly.
Learn MoreThe group, twice a year.
Raízes—Portuguese for roots—is for women who want to do this work in community. The same depth as The Return, held collectively. Something powerful happens when women go through this together.
Learn MoreBook a single exploratory session and we'll figure it out together.
I came to Camila completely depleted. I didn't even know how to describe what was wrong — I just knew something was. Six months later I have words for it, and more importantly, I have myself back.
O corpo não mente. the body does not lie — and it does not forget.
