What working
with me looks like

This is not a program of goals and metrics. It is a sustained, unhurried space — one hour, one week at a time — where the woman you have quietly been becomes visible again.

You will bring whatever is real. We will move through it together: through the body, through language, through stillness. I hold the container. You do the work only you can do.

Twelve weeks is enough time to feel something shift — and to learn how to stay with that shift rather than manage it away.

The Return — how twelve weeks unfold

Weeks 1 – 3

Arrival

We slow down enough to hear what is already here. The body speaks before words do. We listen.

Weeks 4 – 6

What She Carries

We name the weight — the roles, the adaptations, the stories that have become so familiar they feel like skin. Gently, we begin to set them down.

Weeks 7 – 9

Roots

Below the noise of midlife, something sturdy remains. We find it — your instincts, your sensations, the part of you that knows.

Weeks 10 – 12

The Return

Not a transformation into someone new. A homecoming to the woman who was always there, now with more room to breathe.

Is this for you?

The Return is for women in their 40s and 50s who sense that something is asking for their attention — not a crisis, not a breakdown, but a quiet, persistent call.

  • You feel capable in every room and somehow missing from them at the same time.
  • You have read every book, tried every thing, and still feel like something essential hasn't moved.
  • Midlife feels less like a crisis and more like a long exhale you haven't finished yet.
  • You want real conversation — not advice, not a five-step plan.
  • You are ready to give yourself one hour a week that belongs entirely to you.
  • You trust that the body holds what the mind cannot yet say.

"I didn't come to Camila with a problem to solve. I came because some part of me remembered that I used to know myself — and I wanted her back."

— Isabela M., London

"

I thought I needed to become something different. What I discovered was that I had simply stopped listening to what I already was.
